John has been in the industry since 1976. After hairdressing school he had advanced classes at Vidal Sassoon, Paul Mitchell, Jingles and Redken just to name a few. Working at Victors Salon, a prestigious salon in northern Westchester in the 70’s and 80’s, starting the day after finishing hairdressing school. He purchased Victors Salon in 1997 and had it until February 2023 when a flood from a broken pipe destroyed the salon. Now he is behind the chair at Pure Salon and could not be happier. Enjoying the time not as an owner but as a stylist.
